In the new dashboard view, once I have created a user/ sub-account (via the classic view) there is no way for me to allocate or amend the amount of storage allocated to them?

and the upload speed it was very slow !!
the upload speed start from 300kb to 450kb !! this not good at all !??
upload 164GB it will take week or 2 to finsh - my speed conniction is 1GB
this is crazy to upload your entire files 700GB or 870GB ! it will take 1 year to finsh !! and you have to pay for another year to restore your entire files.

I updated the IDrive app on my Qnap TS-451+ NAS from 2.03.14 to 2.03.15 and now it won't display properly. It asks me for my username and password but then only a loader icon is showing and the IDrive web console never shows.
So now I am not able to log into the IDrive app on my Qnap anymore.
I've tried to restart the Qnap but to no use.

I tried to downgrade to 2.03.14 again, and that works fine. So it seems to be an issue running 2.03.15 on Qnap TS-451+ with the latest NAS software.

Have tried to contact your call centre to close the account and get a refund. Told to call you as you can't cancel via email but the time difference is too big to speak during our office hours. Why can't you just cancel and close the account via email authorisation?
Auto renewal has been disabled but payment made a few days ago by mistake.
Not very good customer service.

Im having the same issues with 2 different 2016 servers, idrive support isnt getting anywhere. i can login fine on the website and it wont login at all on server 2016 but works on any other OS. when i try to login i get a message that says unable to connect try again. Also i have tried different accounts too.

@break80 In the settings tab, you may adjust the 'Notify as ‘Failure’ if the total files failed for backup is more than __% of the total files backed up' check box to receive an alert. You will receive an alert based the percentage configured.
