IDrive on "New dashboard view - Can't amend or allocate amount of storage for sub-accounts/ users"

Once you create an account from the new dashboard, by default, the sub account quota will be 1 GB. You may navigate to sub-accounts under classic view and click on the sub account username to update the space allocated.
