Don't bother, they somehow can't resolve this. If you upload via the web browser it is somehow faster but not as convenient as the software.
They will ask for your tracking number, will make you send some log files and make a speed test (which proves that I have 40 Mbit/s of upload at full speed to California from speedtest.net), maybe send you a custom build (which does not help in any way). At the end they say that "this is normal, it is because of network conditions etc. etc.". I have a PhD in information systems to know for sure that this is not true. Other major services work at full speed without problems. They are definitely throttling the speeds.
