Gemstar on "Unable to continue the backup operation."

Hi,

I am having the same issue with Ibackup, another company under Idrive.

Do you guys have Fortinet as a Firewall? i started having the issue when i changed to Fortinet, not sure it has anything to do with this, just throwing it in there.
