Acrymatrix on "Poor support"

I am 57 years old and I run into poor support like what I have received from IDrive quite a lot. Seems to me that they presume that everybody was born yesterday.
I hoped this product would provide safe external local backup for my Presonus Studio One files AND provide a wifi range extender like it was advertised.
Because of apathetic attention to my concern I am sure that I am not set up properly at all. I would very much like to be but I am not highly motivated to get entangled with someone who evidently is unwilling to plainly guide me to optimizing the unit.
My workflow issues are my primary concern and if this tool costs me money and then is a cumbersome annoyance I would highly recommend
that folks steer clear of this product altogether.
