I agree completely. Highway robbery. No cancellation option via web page. Cancellation via email results in a reply email stating we have to call. A call results in a 15-minute phone call until a "cancellation request" can be issued. Over the past 4 months the overage charges on my CAD$20 account have been CAD$345. There should be NO overage charges ... simply stop backups at the quota amount! Overage charges should also not be FOUR TIMES THE ANNUAL CHARGE EVERY MONTH!! I want my invoices reimbursed (!) but I doubt a company like this would honor such a request. I guess I will have to tell my hundreds of clients not to use such a crooked and backward service.
