I called to cancel and get a refund and they told me I couldn't. I told them I would dispute it with my Visa card company and put negative feedback on this forum and then the guy put me on hold for five minutes and came back and said he was authorized by his manager to cancel and give me a full refund.
I agree with the others, I'm not sure if the whole iDrive company is a scam, but if they want to go out of business, keep automatically upgrading people with accounts.
This is terrible and will never use again. There are many other options and competitors out there.
