I too have a complaint about iDrive's billing but of a different nature. My annual subscription is ending shortly, and iDrive sent me a auto-renewal notice a couple weeks ago. Despite having an online chat (which ended with the rep telling me to get in contact with the billing department) and two emails I sent them, I have yet to receive a reply on the cost of the renewal.
It sure doesn't feel like you want my business, because without knowing the cost, I will just go to another backup service.
