IDrive on "Was I conned or has this service just degraded severely recently?"

@Steve D Please verify if you are running the latest version of IDrive application. If an older version is installed, please update the app. If the issue persist, please forward us the logs using "send error report" feature. Our technical support team will analyze the logs and will check what is causing the IDrive application to be stalled.
