I'm using the IDrive Online mobile app on my Android phone to back up my phone. It has backed up most stuff just fine, but it is stuck on several files that will just not complete. It indicates that an upload is in progress. I can go into the category that is stuck, Music for example, and see 2 files where the progress bar is maybe 3/4 of the way through, but it never advances and never finishes. I've left the phone on and attempting to finish backing up all day and night. I've tried power cycling my phone several times. I have 2 files under Music, 1 under Apps, and 3 under Other Files that all are just stuck and will not complete. Thank you.
