The bandwidth and the backup/restore speed will always differ. As bandwidth is a measure of data transferred on a network, and the actual usable rate of data flowing on a network that any device or application receives will usually differ from the measured value. Various factors can affect your backup/restore speed. The effective transfer rate between your device and our data centers depends on the bandwidth provided by your ISP, as well as network speeds on nodes between your ISP and our data centers. Even if a speed test of your ISP shows that your currently available bandwidth is high, network congestion elsewhere can cause backup/restore speeds to slow down.
