What ever on "Unable to cancel account - no cancelation mechanism"

Done with your company! after a small over fee charge for going over my plan for month (which was fine) I upgraded to a bigger plan to accommodate the larger files. Then after a month or two somehow my fee and the mount of data tripled. I did not change any settings! Tried to go in and cancel my account, THERE IS NO "cancel account" button or link. so I called billing support, waited on the phone for 30 Min... NOT COOL! I had to hang up b/c know one got to me and i had to a flight to catch. Called back after returning from my trip and asked for at least one month of billing to be returned.. Got some very snotty person on the phone and it sounded like I was calling someone at a college tail gating parting! when I told them I could not hear b/c of all the noise they said "what" yea not cool man! I asked him to please have the whoever is making all the noise to hold it down! needless to say I received some "what" This company is unprofessional to say the least!

I asked the gentlemen if he would have the credit manager call or contact me, I highly think that is not going to happen from the stupid remark.. " that's not going to happen!"

What a joke of a business.

DONT USE THEM!
