Johert on "Extremely Slow Backup"

Hi everyone,

I live in Belgium and since 1 year I use Idrive. I like the concept but it is so hard to get every file on my account. It goes so slow, my router and provider gives me (I tested) an upload of almost 20mb/sec but Idrive is sending everything at a speed of around 370kb/sec.

I would like to continue using Idrive longer but at this speed I will not.
Any suggestions to bring up the upload in Idrive?
