@adimitri Our application is designed to match your bandwidth capabilities and we are not restricting backups speeds at our end in any way. We analyze the logs that is sent to us to determine the cause of slow backups. Based on our analysis, we will forward troubleshooting steps to resolve the reported issue. Please send out an error report to our Tier-2 technical team using the IDrive application by clicking on Username on top right corner and select "Send Error Report".
