I was requested to contacted support so they could connect remotely and troubleshoot. when I spoke to support I was told they didn't need to connect and another version was due out within 48 hours.
Still nothing and when I chased it support requested another remote session.
Bearing in mind that I do not have access to my Synology during working hours, I cannot accept the remote session.
When's the new version coming out?
