TheFlyingCelt on "Bandwidth Test"

Unfortunately all the IDrive team does is copy and paste messages here like "send a report and we'll get back to you." They never will get back to you! Or they keep saying they do not throttle their bandwidth.. yes you do throttle the bandwidth, or simply your systems cannot put up the load. (biting more than you can chew?) With other cloud services I have it takes all my optic fibre bandwidth, but with your service it uses only 10 to 30% of the potential. Today the download was 2 mbit out of 50 mbit! The bandwidth test is a farce as speedtest net by Ookla shows I got 50mbit download and 10mbit upload, which as I said other competitors use it fully. I'm tired of reading lies and never get solutions. Last year with IDrive then I won't renew for sure and just say goodbye to this nasty service. Not to mention the useless so called customer care..
