Hi
I fully agree with previous posters. It is so slow and bad that you should feel bad!
I used the inbuilt test many times and it ALWAYS gave 5mbit result (while restoring) and the restore never went faster than ca. 900 kilobytes per second. I performed speedtest on my connection (gigabit ethernet to the router/cable modem and 250mbit down and 25mbit up connection to the Internet) and it was always around the values my provider promised me.
Yesterday (AGAIN) I started a restore operation. This time I chose only the essential files after a disk failure (ca. 45gb), left it overnight and today morning it showed 14 hours passed and still 5 hours to go which is obviously inaccurate because with my previous restores (I have screenshots) it was showing the same time left to go after many hours of downloading.
I contacted your support via chat and they did NOTHING! Asked me for some screenshots, speedtests and to install new version of your app. They said it will restart from the point it was stopped (after forty something hours) but NO! It started all over again...
Not to mention that your Linux support (Data center edition) is also a bit off. Currently in order to restore big image file to my Linux machine, I have to attach a removable drive to Windows machine and download it there because IDrive on Linux somehow stops at 56% when downloading the file... That is crap...
