You do not have to uninstall IDrive application. Please logout from the IDrive application. Update to 2.03.20 for IDrive App. Do not login to IDrive and first upgrade to DSM 6.0. Go to https://www.idrive.com/synology-backup page and follow all the pre-requisites before you login to IDrive. After following all pre-requisites you can use app as expected.
