ekraus50 on "The Upload Speed Very Slow !!"

I have been running my initial backup now for 8 days. 170GB and i am only at 78%. Here is my problem Not only is it slow but I have 2 encrypted files that are 50GB and 25GB. So every time the backup fails it has to start over again on those files. I kill all the apps the use any bandwidth on my network and it still slow as Sxxx. I had no issues with CrashPlan but there gone now. This company had what I thought would suite me. But the uploads speeds are terrible. So I am in the same boat as all of you.
