nwintle on "Can't login to IDrive Synology Backup App"

I went to synology.com and updated my password, then uninstalled the iDrive app on my DS214, downloaded and installed the latest version of the iDrive app for my NAS, then tried logging in with my new password and still got the "Username or password is incorrect" error.
