BackupTester on "Local backup-Permission denied"

Trying this service and was working for awhile, did one desktop upgrade, but now having the same problem, all backups fail due to due to: "insufficient access rights, some file(s) / folder(s) included in your backup set could not be backed up to your IDrive account." Sent error report in, but no response yet. Looking at the help info that says to select the 'Ignore file / folder level access rights / permission errors' option", but I don't have that selection in my settings. Was thinking of moving to Idrive from Mozy, but maybe not now. Never had any problems with Mozy.
