IDrive on "Still Cant Cancel Account"

We're sorry to hear you want to cancel! If there's any way we can change your mind, please let us know and we'll do our best to make things right.

Please login to your IDrive account at http://www.idrive.com and click on your account username at the top right corner. Please navigate to "Profile Section". If it is within 15 days from the date of account creation, you will find "Cancel my account" option. Else you will find an option to disable auto renewal.
