I was recently billed nearly 10x my annual subscription price for data overages, to which I was never notified, and which were created through a glitchy scheduling feature combined with the inability to actually delete files from our account to get under the plan limit. After hours of back and forth I was only able to get a 50% refund for this fee, and no answer about the glitch that caused the overage in the first place. Within days, I'm seeing data piling up despite having all backups disabled, and am of course concerned about being erroneously charged yet again for this glitch. As I have yet to receive decent customer service and have alternatives that are better products & better service which don't cause issues that get blamed on the customer & billed for it, I just want to cancel my iDrive account at this point. Yet I cannot seem to do this.
