New2IDrive on "Continuous Data Protection not working"

This is the same situation is happening to many of my system currently. Is there is any KB that we could use for reference to fix this?

"Update - it seems that when the scheduled job is run at the start of day CDP is not then invoked. If however I then open iDrive from the icon CDP starts. Is this expected behavior? "
