Nope - just installed V 2.03.20 and followed all instructions. Still get 404 Error.
Support have requested a remote session but will only do this on week days.
I cannot do this as I work all week myself.
I also am not comfortable about letting them connect remotely anyway and it's not an acceptable approach to me.
No other software vendor needs to do this when I have other issues.
