I am having the same problem. Scheduler is not automatically initiating the backup, but works ok if I go into the program and click Backup Now. Disappointing as iDrive used to work so well and has a great range of features. Technical support is not very helpful in that all they can offer is to ask me to delete my backup set and reinstall. It's a fair bit of work for me to recreate the backup set with no guarantee that it will fix the problem. I might as well just try another provider. Others are having this same problem, why don't iDrive have a fix for this yet? Sorry but I cannot recommend iDrive.
