@Daylights, I had no such luck with the many responses from iDrive. I got;
- Upgrade client
- Upgrade client again
- Upgrade client a 3rd time
- Try unselecting all files but the one you are "stuck" on. Which ultimately completes, then I re-select everything and keep at it day after day...still slow.
Left for work today and backup was 89%. Just got home - still 89%
I'm looking for alternative providers and plan to request a refund when I cancel iDrive shortly.
