prairierain on "iDrive didn't backup after password change"

As near as I can tell, the solutions provided by the Moderator are to reset the Account password. The problem is that once that is done, the password used to perform the backups is out of sync with the Account password, and the backups fail.
What I had to do is this:
1. Go to the iDrive form from which I (you) set and run the backups.
2. Click on the arrow to the right of the username/email address in the upper right.
3. That pops up a box with five menu options (in blue) plus a "Disconnect" option (in black) at the bottom right of the popup.
4. Click on Disconnect. The popup box then becomes a Login popup.
5. In the Login popup, in the password textbox, type in the password to match what you set your Account password to, and login.
6. Run your backup.
