Some time ago I decided I did not want to renew my subscription I followed the steps you mentioned and disabled the auto-renewal. Today I received an email from you guys and when I logged into my iDrive account a message informed me that my cc was declined bla, bla ... why did you try to charge me if I already set it to NOT auto-renew?
Have some guts and add in the user account interface a button to cancel/delete the account so people would trust you a bit more!
